The Nevada Supreme Court is pretty much your last chance if you have lost a trial, entered a guilty plea, or been unable to obtain Justice from a lower Court. We know how to recognize appeal issues, do the research, and write effective briefs.
In (Client's Name) v. State, for example, attorney Chris Arabia reviewed the file and realized that the police violated his client's Fifth Amendment Rights by conducting an interrogation and obtaining a statement without giving the client a Miranda warning. Attorney Arabia filed a motion to have the statement thrown out and cross-examined the police officer to get more details. After the District Court denied the motion, attorney Arabia preserved his client's Supreme Court appeal rights under Nevada Revised Statutes 174.035(3) and then filed an opening brief and reply brief. The Nevada Supreme Court agreed with attorney Arabia and reversed the District Court, leading to dismissal of the case. Read for yourself:
